Where, besides the online shop, can I buy Sakiba jewellery?

We don't have our own retail stores, but our products are available in shops in Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, and France. You can find more information about our partner shops here!

PLEASE NOTE: We try to keep this list as up-to-date as possible, however, it's possible that our products are already sold out in some shops. Also, not all shops carry all of our products!

Is there a Sakiba shop where I can see the jewellery in person?

The widest range of our products in store can be found at K&K Hofboutique at Tuchlauben 17, in the 1st district of Vienna.

What materials are used for the jewellery?

The main components in all of our jewellery are cotton thread and glass beads. For our earrings, we use silver-plated or gold-plated brass pins; studs and hooks are also made of silver-plated or gold-plated brass, sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, or stainless steel. Our magnetic clasps are made of acrylic, stainless steel, or gold-plated stainless steel.

Can I go swimming with my bracelet on?

We do not recommend swimming with our jewellery! Various factors, such as chlorine (pool) or salt (sea) in the water, as well as strong sunlight (e.g. sunbathing on the beach), can negatively affect the longevity of your Sakiba jewellery.

Can I get the ear hooks in a different colour?

We offer ear hooks, studs, and clips in silver-plated or gold-plated finishes. (Exceptions are the Svelte stud earrings and Svelte ear clips!)

The finish shown in the online shop is our standard. However, if you prefer silver instead of gold, or vice versa, please specify this in the order instructions, located in the bottom left corner of the shopping cart page!

I like the earrings, but I would prefer them with studs instead of hooks. Is that possible?

Yes, we can exchange a hook for a stud or vice versa. This may lead to an additional charge or a discount, depending on the components used.

Can I have the bracelet/necklace made longer/shorter?

Yes, length adjustments are possible upon customer request! Please contact us via the contact form or directly by email at shop@sakiba.com.

Can I get the clasp on the necklace/bracelet in a different colour?

Yes! For the jewellery pieces in the Trinity series, you can choose between gold and silver. For the clasps in the Svelte, Fridi, Morse, and Cocoon series, you can choose between silver, gold, anthracite, and black. For the Connected bracelets, you can choose between a silver-plated or gold-plated connector bead. The Jumbo series necklaces come with clasps in silver and bronze.

The version available in the online shop is our standard production; however, if you would prefer a different colour, you can specify this in the order instructions, located in the bottom left corner of the shopping cart page!

I like the design, but not the colour. Can I order the design in a different colour?

Yes, generally you can commission a design in your desired colours. We will manufacture it especially for you, which takes at least 2-4 weeks.

The clasp on my favourite bracelet is broken, can it be replaced?

Yes, we'd be happy to replace your clasp! To assess the work needed and determine the price, please send us a photo along with your request to shop@sakiba.com!

My bracelet got caught on something sharp and tore a thread; can it be repaired?

We will gladly try to repair your jewellery. To assess the work needed and determine the price, please send us a photo along with your request to shop@sakiba.com!

To prevent further damage, please do not pull on the jewellery and ideally wrap it in a tissue or something similar.

I lost an earring; can I buy a single earring as a replacement?

Yes, you can buy a single earring to replace a lost one!

However, due to variations in the batch numbers of the cotton thread and glass beads used, there may be slight colour differences. To ensure the best possible match, please send us a photo taken in natural light along with your request to shop@sakiba.com.

How much are the shipping costs?

We have a fixed shipping fee based on the delivery address.

For shipping within Austria, we charge €7.50. For orders over €150 shipping within Austria is free. For shipping within the EU, we charge €13.80. For orders over €170 shipping within the EU is free.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. On average, shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days within Austria and 2-6 business days within the EU.

returns and exchanges

Can I return/exchange a product?

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the products being returned are unworn and in perfect condition.

Customized and custom-made items are generally excluded from exchange and return.

How do I return an item?
