Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated in the web shop at the time of ordering apply. The currency is EUR. All prices stated in the Sakiba web shop include the applicable VAT. The prices do not include delivery costs and additional services.

Deliveries within Austria: From an order value of EUR 150.00 we ship free of charge within Austria. For orders worth less than EUR 150.00, we charge a flat shipping fee for delivery.

Deliveries to EU countries and Switzerland: We ship free of charge for orders over EUR 170.00. For orders worth less than EUR 170.00, we charge a flat shipping fee for delivery.

Other costs: If export or import taxes arise as a result of shipping, these will be borne by the purchaser. The prices quoted by Sakiba for the deliveries offered do not include costs charged by third parties.

Delivery and product availability

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses within the EU (Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, France, Italy, Poland and Sweden), Great Britain, Switzerland and North America.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. If the customer provides incorrect, incomplete or unclear information, he will bear all resulting costs.

Sakiba will ship the goods within 3-8 working days from receipt of the complete and error-free order.

If we are unable to accept an order or only partially accept it, for example due to the unavailability of the goods, we will inform you immediately. A contract for non-deliverable goods is not concluded.

If partial deliveries are necessary, these are permitted and can each be invoiced separately as a separate transaction.

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold, even in the case of a mail order purchase, only passes to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer.

If delivery is affected by force majeure, strikes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform you about this.
